In the twelfth episode of the Wholesome Vibes podcast, we talk about my most favourite topic ever—love! Specifically, relationships, dating, and exactly what do we need to do to find the “right person”?
Have you ever asked yourself the following questions:
“Why does love elude me?”
“Why can’t I seem to find the right person?”
“Is love not meant for me?”
Well, I’ve got all the answers to your questions today. After listening to this episode, love will elude you no further (I hope) and you’ll be more confident than you’ve ever been before when it comes to jumping in the dating pool. You’ll not only swim, no, you’ll dive and come out the other side with not just one, but plenty of fish to choose from.
The right person isn’t as imaginary as you thought they’d be. Trust me.

This is a short little poetic recording from a page in my book ‘Dear Self’ which had sold nearly 30,000 copies worldwide. This book is my most loved and read book —one that is very different to other books that I’ve written because of the narrative, alongside the lyrical pieces of prose.
I also want to update you all that my book, ‘The Path to Self-Love’ published by PRH is officially out —in most places— in the world!!! How exciting!! Currently it’s up to 50% off on Kindle UK, 20% off in hardback, under $20 in the USA and 40% off in India! Brilliant deals!

This is a short poetic piece from my book, My Hope for Tomorrow, which has sold over 15,000 copies worldwide. This is one of my absolute favourite books of all time —it holds a special place in my heart. Perhaps because it’s the first book I wrote while dating my now-husband. Perhaps it’s because I was going experiencing and learning a lot in my personal life as I wrote the pieces in this one. Or because this is my first lyrical piece of prose book.
Regardless of the reason, this book has touched the hearts of thousands of people worldwide, and I really hope that this piece resonates with you too.

In the ninth episode of The Wholesome Vibes podcast, I talk about the things that a friendship breakup can teach you.
Over the last few episodes of this podcast, I’ve spoken at length about toxic friendships —what to do when you have one and how to get yourself out of a rut— as well as narcissistic friends —specifically, recognizing the signs of a subtle narcissist, which is a lot harder to do.
This week I want to extend my conversation of friendships by talking about friendship breakups with people who weren’t good for you, and what you can learn from them.
This podcast is fairly new, so each week I’m trying out new methods of communicating with you, as well as editing, which allows the episode to run smoothly and flow like a conversation. So —please excuse all the errors, the monotone voice or anything else. We’re working on making this podcast the best possible experience for you, and I promise you that we will get there soon.

In the eighth episode of the Wholesome Vibes podcast, I talk about narcissistic people.
Have you ever felt like you never truly knew how someone was until you stopped being friends with them? Then you saw the gaslighting, the manipulation, the attention-seeking behaviour and the sheer narcissism that was right before your eyes —but you were blind to it when they were in your life. Yah. Same. That’s where this episode comes from. It’s not about the arrogant, show-off narcissists that we can easily recognise, no. It’s about the subtle narcissists. The narcissists who hide behind fabricated compliments and light-hearted jealous remarks. The narcissists who present themselves as saint-like-friends who are always there for you and want the best. The narcissists who hide their true personality behind the drama and chaos that they cause in your life because if you’re so busy trying to fix your life —you won’t realize that they are the ones who have created the mess.
This episode is for you. For all of you. For every person who has falsely believed that someone is their true friend until that hiding-subtle-narcissist stabs them in the back.
Before you go into this episode —I want to apologise for how robotic my voice sounds in this one. I recorded the whole thing but for some reason the recording app wasn’t working and so much of what I said had been cut off. I then re-recorded it and the second time round I think I just got tired. Nevertheless —this topic is an important one, which is why I’ve decided to go ahead and post the robotic recording and embarrass myself, because that’s how much I’m committed to serving the public good (ha!).

This is a short poetic piece from my book, Between Us, which is the last book of prose that I wrote before turning to personal development and releasing The Path to Self-Love —published by Penguin Random House.
This piece is all about trusting the process and learning to let go of the things that didn’t work out. Sometimes the laws of nature are working in our favour and are doing everything they can in the background to make sure that plan that is meant for us —the plan that is for us— takes place.
I believe a lot in the laws of nature and trusting a higher power. Whenever something doesn’t work out —it’s for the best. I hope you enjoy listening to this piece and please share this piece, as well as all your favourite episodes, with your friends and loved ones.
