Ever thought about doing a marathon to raise funds for a charity, but been daunted by the thought of running 26.2 miles? Now RNIB is inviting you to double up with a partner or friend, and split the distance. Introducing the 'Marathon Mates' challenge, where you can pair up and run the distance of a marathon between the two of you during September.

One such participant is RNIB Connect Radio's own Allan Russell, who is dusting off the running trainers, and is splitting the run with his daughter Laura (and don't forget Guide Dog Quigley too!)
