Rick's child friend breaks out to come visit him at work again. Rich is working endlessly during his vacation. Alvaro is confused about who Rich is calling dad!?

Guns! Pew pew pew! We share stories of bullet holes to our arsenal of firearms. Which is pretty Rich's newly purchased gun and Rick's wife's .22. We also open the lines for callers! And in true WOC fashion it disappoints!

On this weeks episode. We start things off by welcoming our friend and top fan, ashley. what really pulls at our hearts strings having her on is that she IS the shitty resident we all love to hate. We talk about her complaints with maintenance and the complaints maintenance has with her. Rick witnesses the love in Richard's eyes for him slip away as the two nerd birds Ashley and Rich discuss comics and video games.

On this weeks episode, we talk you guys about the heat here in texas but, before we do that, we jump in to some other subjects from unicorn residents who can fix their own shit, what size head phones are appropriate while working. Alvaro has to walk down the tunnels of hell in order to fix a leak. Rick and Rich fill us in on what makes them such an incredible maintenance team. The tamale lady hunts down Alvaro and then we finally jump back in to some HEAT talk but, not before Rich tells all about "potato bugs" aka niños de la tierra, We rivist ricks nut(s) and finally back on to this weeks episode subject that is, the heat. Rick's oldest brother Jose joins us for our one year anniversary. He shows us that there's the text book way to work on an ac and there's how the pros do it. Richards mom shows exactly where Richard gets it from. Alvaro is always looking out for his little brother! Rick's dad once again shows us why he wins father of the year

We catch you guys up on our work load week that never seems to get any easier.  Rich teaches the masterful ways of avoiding residents. Rick gets bullied about his age, his electric bills, and we test the limits of his internet searches.  We fact check if Hitler was into anime porn.  Alvaro confuses a leaking toilet for a working a/c. We end it like a typical Maintenance work week where if anything can go wrong it mostly likely will.

We welcome our friend back from Hawaii. Frankie Castillo has been managing properties in all the 5 corners of the USA! His adventures of living on an island and enjoying the simpler life that most only dream of.  Rich and Apolinar talk about their recent fasting challenge in solidarity with their make ready.  Alvaro hopes to win over Rick's dad's affection.
