We take your calls and put a seat belt extension in our Amazon cart for Rich. Our homie Brandon of The Emergency Exit podcast gives us a call and tells us how he almost burned down a clients house. We talk music and dancing for a bit and we ask a serious question. Are you a snapper or a clapper? All this and more. Enjoy
We finally welcome to the show, Stormy. A past property manager of Rich and Rick. Stormy has been in this industry for over 20 years and says that her passed experience as a police officer helped her move up the ranks in the industry. We recount stories of the bad and good times we had in the short time we worked with each other. Nowadays you can finder her with a ruler and a handsaw partroling you neighborhood as a member of your local HOA
On this episode we welcome our friend Marc Stetson Mccall! AKA the “Engineer.” To the best of his knowledge he recounts stories of how he met his wife, yelling at dumpsters, and his youth before maintenance. Like being a deckhand for Sam Samudio of Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs. We apologize to Sam for not remembering that he also sang “Wooly Bully” and did not sing “Who do you Love? That was written and sung by Bo Diddley. Again, we’re just maintenance guys here people. Just tired, overworked, under appreciated Maintenance guys
On this episode Rick tells of his face to face encounter with a real life taquache cuh. We take your calls and a familiar voice blesses our airwaves. James of Notes X Nokes calls us with a heavy and now even heavier heart about his Dallas Cowboys. Rick and Rich's neighboring Apartment community Maintenance Supervisor Todd calls in and wants to talk Cowboys and gas station chicken. We also share our thoughts on raising kids. Not any particular way. Any way you try they're not going to listen.
