                      • Create a dynamic learning experience that involves everyone in the school

                      • Generals Role (During the PD)
                        • Pick up the ball and run with it to inspire others

                        • Principal Role (After the PD)
                          • “I am asking the Coach to meet with each of you as a department/grade level to make sure you are comfortable planning for this new skill.

                          • Follow up Communication (After the PD)
                            • Email to Teachers with Follow up links / booking form

                            • Next Steps - Department/Grade Level meetings - 1:1 Meetings - In-Classroom Pop-ins

                            • How do you create a funnel of your own?
                              • Work with your principal and share the vision for getting into classrooms by first meeting with all teachers.
                              • Have your meeting dates set up with the principal before the PD session
                              • Have your follow up email and resources ready to go
                              • End the PD session by telling the teachers that they will be seeing you in their classrooms to support on this new skill that is being requested by the principal.
