Lindsey is a certified personal trainer, Orangetheory fitness instructor, and health and wellness coach and network marketing professional. She has been helping people feel healthier from the inside out for 10 years. A former urban high school teacher, coach, and counselor, she loves seeing people transform as they believe more in themselves in their capabilities. She is passionate about empowering women to live authentically full lives. She lives by the Maya Angelou “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
