Sean Choi is a Senior Vice President at FirstBank Colorado, and he is the newly appointed Director of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) there. He joins Greg Aden of Aden leadership do discuss his own unique story from growing up with parents who where immigrants to being the first in his family to graduate high school and college. 

He is using his own background to help build a culture at FirstBank that isn't just checking boxes when it comes to DEI. They are setting the standard for what true diversity, equity and inclusion look like.
