The dictionary says having self doubt is a lack of confidence in oneself and one's abilities. We are going to dive into that but I implore you dear listener to proceed with caution. I did not appreciate my self reflection. Doubt is a value we put on something is we perceive it less than what it is stated as in terms of worth ......but what happens when we talk not only about the human dynamic but our own self worth?

It is horrific if I hit a full season of this podcast for the simple fact in 29 years of my existence I have not been able to hold this long a relationship with someone.
