We spoke about what the principles and practices of good policing are and how - for policing to work better - it needs to be based on legitimacy and trust.

Mike switches the focus from why we break laws to why we obey laws and gives us a new way of thinking about policing and crime. What is it about the relationship between us and the police that makes us inclined to comply or not?
