Today, Brian chats with Patrecia Ming Buckley. Patrecia is an experienced business development and operations leader living down under in Australia. She has a passion for serving others and has worked diligently to further equality, diversity and belonging in the spaces in which shes shown up. Patrecia left the consulting industry to reset, refocus and reconnect to the things that are most important to her.
Throughout her legal career, she has worked with various non-profits and international organizations such as the United Nations and is a published editor for a report on discrimination presented to European Parliament. Her career later transitioned into the private sector at one of the Big Four global consulting firms where she spent 6 years before deciding to resign.
She founded and is a career coach at Women of Color at Work, and she is a Christian wellness coach at Salt & Light Wellbeing.
