Since the early ‘80’s I have been both practising and teaching women how to eat intuitively. I originally created the concept as a way to heal my own relationship with food and body image.
Over the years ‘Intuitive Eating’ has become a buzz word, with well meaning practitioners often losing sight of what it really is all about.
In 2020, however everything changed. And for many people this concept became even more elusive, often leading people to gain even more weight especially over the last 18 months!
