Is the Secured Party outdated? I could never see how it could be. The word LAW means something stable and unaffected by change. Law is defined in part by Judge Bouvier as:

Law- "2. Law is generally divided into four principle classes, namely; Natural law, the law of nations, public law, and private or civil law. When considered in relation to its origin, it is statute law or common law. "

When I first got into this we were told that the Secured Party process was handed down by Judges who had lost their postions and wanted to retaliate against a system that had turned their backs on them (See Judge Dale).

While we have no way of verifying these ascertions one thing that I have noticed in all this time that the only thing that has stayed sonsitent in all thse years is Secured Party. Today I will go over all the remedies that have been presented over the years and let you decide for yourself.
