Hiya,
I hope you are having a great day. In today's podcast I am going to go against the 'perceived' success principle which states we always getting sh*t done, to become successful.
I am going to talk about why it is ok to step back sometimes, and when it is okay to step back.
I related a recent experience of mine where I was getting triggered in Bali (yes I know I shouldn't be complaining ;-)) by people getting around in their masks in a way that made absolutely no sense to me.
Critical thinking, and logic had no place.
Anyway, I was getting triggered, and in this podcast I share with you what that was like, and how I worked with it - in a way that showed care and compassion for what I was feeling.
If this message serves you, please pass it on. I am grateful in advance of you doing so. :)
