In October of 2006 Wally Long’s sister ended her life. And he felt it was his fault. In July of 2007, Wally’s son lost his leg in a motorcycle accident and on the day he took his son home from the hospital he found out his mom was on her death bed.
Then on March 1st of 2011 Wally got the call that his 12-year-old nephew had taken the lives of his brother and sister and law. In the excruciating pain of Wally’s suffering his only cry was “Why Me Lord?” And the Lord answered.
And from that answer has come a life story of beauty springing out of the ugly, forgiveness winning over hatred, and the light overcoming the darkness. Pastor and author Wally Long joins us to share one of the most redemptive stories you’ll ever hear!
