Tracy Hamm is a yoga instructor at the Movement Gyms in Colorado. She is also currently a nurse and used to be a highschool art teacher. This is a great conversation about how Tracy got into yoga and what great adventures led her to how she lives her life.

Both Allie and Hannah are in the Integrated Biological Science program at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Allie recently graduated and Hannah is almost done. They both were teaching assistants for general biology and Hannah was also a TA for ecology. Allie and Hannah are great teachers and share their pashing for learning with their students. We discussed the fun parts of being a TA as well as the challenges. 

Caroline Pierce is a Ph.D. candidate in the land and atmospheric science program at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She researches mercury concentrations in peatlands with the SPRUCE lab. Caroline discusses what peatlands are and the importance of mercury studies. Her correlation study relates sulfate to mercury and how increased sulfur pollution could cause higher mercury levels. Learn about how mercury bioaccumulates in aquatic systems and in the fish we eat.
