Self-Love isn't selfish. We have heard that phrase for a long time. It has almost become a mantra in the self-help and self-love community. However, for many of us, we still feel guilty and/or selfish when we practice self-love.

So how do we address what is behind the feelings of guilt and selfishness in living out a life where we fully love and accept ourselves?
