First, The plaintiff brings her sister to court. She says she and the defendant only recently found out they were related, and they moved in together. After they reconnected, the plaintiff loaned him money and was never repaid, so he’s suing. The defendant claims several family members have had serious health issues and he has been struggling.

Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is her daughter and they are both addicted to pain pills, and they both say they are desperate for help. The plaintiff is suing her daughter for an unpaid loan. The defendant also admits to using fentanyl.
