Let's face it; as we come out of the quarantine, you're going to want a new and exciting sport to watch. Thank goodness Filip Eyckmans has created Bossaball. Combining soccer, volleyball, trampolining and music, it's not only fascinating to watch, it's fun too.
We talked with Filip about how he created the sport and how it's taking the world by storm. And lest you think this is just a bunch of scantily clad Europeans bouncing around on the beach, think again. They're also doing something to help troubled kids as well.
For more information on the sport and how you can get involved, check out the Bossaball website.
Ever watched Silence of the Lambs and thought, 'I wish I could stay at Buffalo Bill's house?' Well, it's your lucky day because now you can. This week we talked with Chris Rowan, who bought the house, restored it, and now is opening it up for guests. Eat in the dining room where Bill was confronted by Clarice. Get your tuck on in Buffalo Bill's workspace. Would we stay here? We would stay here so hard. For more information, check out their website, or give them a call, 1-833-BUFFBILL
This week we're off to the Satellite of Love as we talk with Conor McGriffin (better known for his work as Tom Servo) and Emily Marsh (better known as Emily Conor on the MST3K live show... but coming to TV soon!) We learned about the hard work of watching bad movies and trying to make them enjoyable. What they brought to their characters and whether it's easier to watch a new terrible movie each week, or watch the same one for months.
For more information on the show and the new episodes featuring Emily & Conor, check out the MST3K website. Get tickets to see Emily and Conor on the Time Bubble Live show here and, of course, check out their personal websites, if you're into that kind of thing.
This week, we lace up our skates and talk with Nellie Lillie from the National Roller Skating museum. We examine the history of the sport and where it is now. We also try to wrangle an invitation to skate through the museum.
For more information, check out the museum's website. You can also find them on Instagram, which is one of Heidi's favorite follows.
All rise- this week we talked with actor, stunt coordinator and model Raymond Vinsik Williams. Raymond has been keeping pretty busy, pandemic been damned. He's going to be in a new project that we definitely can't talk about, but it's be exciting, if we could talk about it. For more information on Raymond, check him out on Instagram.
For those of you who wish there were less people in the original Star Wars trilogy, Charles Ross is your guy. Charles performs a one-man show (titled 'One Man Star Wars,' to drive home the point) where he tells the entire story by himself. It's impressive.
For more information on where Charles will be performing next, check out his website, or find him on Facebook.
You've heard this week's guest, even if you don't know it. Lauren Culjak has written music for TV shows like Nancy Drew and Love, Victor. (Oh, and she had a song on Rick & Morty... no big deal.) She's also written the score for the new film Long Weekend.
For more information on Lauren, check out her website.
For many of us, growing up in the 1980s meant a trip to EPCOT Center at Disney World. And, if you're going to EPCOT, you're going to come across the Dreamfinder and his dragon, Figment.
This week, we talk with the original Dreamfinder, Ron Schneider. Ron has dedicated his life to reinventing performance, and creating something interesting as he worked to make the audience the part of every show.
Generations have fallen in love to the music of this week's guest. As one half of the popular duo Air Supply, Graham Russell has written some of the most romantic songs of all time, and brought that music to audiences around the world.
Air Supply is currently on tour and selling out arenas around the world. For more information, you can check out their website here.
