Janine Davis is an Executive Coach and Facilitator for venture-backed start ups and has over 20 years in People Operations and Recruiting. Outside of her executive coaching, Janine also has a keen understanding and passion for animal therapy. She has spent years studying the healing impacts that animal therapy can have on individuals who suffer from PTSD and other mental health issues. She also believes that animal therapy can help people be better leaders professionally and personally.
