We're kicking off the next round of conversations with Matt Stouppe. Matt is a gaffer and co-founder and CEO of Bolt Lighting in the Bay. Along with the usual, "how'd you get into this stuff" questions, we talk about a very important topic—security on sets. Matt shares some of his experiences around security as well as some insights into ways that we can all work to make productions and crews safer while out in the world making movies.

Productions tend to move very quickly, which makes it all the more critical to take a moment to assess whether your production needs security to make sure everyone feels safe and can focus on there work. It can't be an afterthought, and in some situations, it's not an option, so be good to your crews and be safe!
