"Go big or go home" - Eliza Dushku. Is the phrase I think of every time I see a pro hit a massive 20' metal ramp and sail through the sky. Or when I see a snowboarding video of some crazy snowboarders sitting at the peak of a mountain in the backcountry. It is why we love Action Sports so much!

Today we are stoked to be sitting down with Jordan Gledhill. Recently Jordan finished the Acceleration Program that was developed to help Athletes and Enthusiasts take their passion for Action Sports and turn it into a career. And we are double stoked to see the results he has gained!

From Moto to FMX Jordan is a passionate individual. Still in his early 20's he is taking on challenges that are working in his favor. With many experiences on and off the track and ramp, Jordan helps us understand his perspective of working with a variety of sponsors. He shares a good amount of information that will aid any rider in bettering his/her career in the industry.

We all have found from time to time companies that we really enjoy their products. Though there may be differences in opinion, we all are looking for the same thing. When it comes to riding snowmobiles in the backcountry, we want to stay comfortable all day long.

Today's guest, Bridger LaBau is a newly sponsored backcountry Athlete for Castle X Snow gear. With his love of the outdoors, it was easy for Bridger to realize he needed support to continue fueling his passion for riding his snowmobile. We all know that our hobbies can get expensive, so why not get as much help as possible? At least that is what Bridger believes.

The backcountry is an amazing place. If only more people in the world knew how beautiful the winter time is in the backcountry, I believe we would see more people there. However, it is not overly crowded yet and there are still so many places to ride where most people stay away. The backcountry can also be unforgiving. Bridger tells us one experience that he won't soon forget.

We are always stoked to have amazing guests on the podcast. Every guest is unique and shares experiences that have shaped their lives all the way up to the point of the recording. With every unique guest that comes onto the podcast, we are stoked for today's episode and experience shared from a veteran in working with a variety of  companies as a sales representative.

Justin has been involved with powersports for a few decades. From racing to opening stores and working with big name brands, Justin has become well rounded and versed in the language of sales reps. Coming to us from the Midwest, currently Justin is working as the North East Regional Manager for Motul. That means he spends a ton of time traveling and building relationships between a brand and dealerships that carry that brand.

Working for more than 15 years in powersports Justin has seen his fair share of what it takes to become sponsored. In today's episode he shares a few of those lessons while sharing a few stories and thoughts. But what really stood out to us today was Justin's love and drive to help others build relationships with Motul and their product users. We are really stoked for Justin and his future with a great company.

We remember those days that the skies were blue, the snow was crisp and powdery, and not another group a people insight! Those days are always the most sought after days every winter, especially if you can take full advantage of that opportunity. Those are the days we daydream about!

Today's guest is one that completely understands the need for those days especially when it comes to creating content! Alex Hanson with Sledfarm films has found his passion years ago when he got behind the lens of a camera. Now that he has made friends in the sledding community, Alex is producing some next level snowmobiling videos!

To really capture a moment in time can be challenging, but so rewarding! The next difficult part is actually making sense to others what you captured. We have all seen films that are 10 minutes long or even longer, not realizing how much time and effort went into the actual filming of those segments. We miss the bloopers, the mistakes, the crashes, the burns, and the "Oh crap my battery died!" moments. But in the end, we are grateful somebody took the time, energy, and somebody put forth the effort to make these films come to life.

We are all very passionate about one thing or another. Some may be passionate about chocolate, others may be passionate about puppy calendars. But each one of us has a passion about something, and we all share a passion for the same thing... Action Sports!

We are stoked to have taken the time to sit down with a 4 time ISDE Medalist coming in hot with 3 Gold Medals and 1 super shiny Silver! Josh is an exceptional individual and a even better rider! We had the opportunity to do a ride with Josh, but mostly it was "Try to catch up" the entire day. It is no wonder this guy has traveled over seas, representing U.S.A. at the ISDE events.

When it comes to passion though, you will not find a more passionate individual. From family to dirt bikes and so much more, Josh stays focused on his goals, to be the ultimate version of himself. As one of the most humble individuals we have met, it's no surprise that when you are in Josh's presence, you can't help feeling good about yourself and more love for Action Sports. 

We all could learn a few things from Josh, but for now, we can listen to this episode and take some great notes!

We get pumped up when we have a dream that we strongly believe we can achieve. Though it can be challenging trying to get everything figured out in the beginning, the journey is part of the fun!

Trevor had an idea that came from a need. That idea turned into a dream which he is living every single day! When it comes to training the younger generation, MX 54 North has taken on the role to lay the foundation about working with sponsorships! If you are a parent and you have a kid that races bikes, the opportunities seem limited. That is, until you understand the ins and out of sponsorships.

With a background in riding and racing, and a passion for Hockey, our guest is an exceptional teacher that is looking for change in the industry. As social media changes and companies must adapt to the new ways of working with Athletes, individuals like Trevor are making sure that the youth is receiving the correct information and inspires them to live their dreams instead of only dreaming about living their dreams.

What happens when you end your racing career? Some will move on and begin another career, or they will continue on with the career they already started years before while they were racing. There has to be a choice made at some point, what is next?

Today's guest was faced with this dilemma, and fortunately for you and I, he pursued his passion and created an amazing suspension company! Nate Zollinger of ZBROZ began his journey working on suspension almost 20 years ago! Finding himself in a dilemma, his family began working on their own suspension for their snowmobiles, only for it to turn into a lifelong passion and career.

When it comes to sponsoring athletes, it is near impossible to become a snowmobile or UTV rider and never hear about ZBROZ suspension. Nate and his team have done a great job getting the word out that they are in the business to make the best products for every rider, and that includes the athletes of these industries. You will find their logo plastered everywhere, ensuring that you, the consumer, are aware of their brand.

We all love watching extreme sports. It is captivating to watch somebody fly through the air performing some amazing tricks that, let's be honest, a majority of the spectators do not know the name of the trick. But we still love to watch those performers do their best and keep pushing themselves.

Today's guest is a top athlete that pushes himself each winter on his snowmobile. Andy Thomas works and trains during the spring, summer, and fall time so when winter comes, he is ready to beat his own personal accomplishments. Snowmobile hill climbs are intense races that an individual starts at the bottom of the hill, most of the time on a ski slope, then races against the clock to make it to the top as quickly as possible. A weekend long competition, and it doesn't get any easier as others try to accomplish the same task.

When it comes to sponsors, Andy has been blessed with amazing opportunities. Working closely with a few of the top of the line companies, it is no surprise Andy is able to continually beat his own scores year after year. Performing well has aided him landing many sponsors. And when we had the chance to learn more about how work with sponsors and land more sponsors, Andy gives some great tips to landing your dream sponsors.

Today's guest is anything but standard! From his license plate saying Summer Sucks to his nickname, Kris (Smasher) Kaltenbacher was a long-time sought-after guest on the podcast! 

We were stoked to finally sit down with Kris and learn more about his history with the Boondockers Film and how that has shaped his life as a sponsored rider and a backcountry athlete. Kris has always been a friendly guy looking for opportunities to talk with fans and other snowmobile enthusiasts at expos or debuts of their films. Today's guest is in the middle of making this a reality! Cameron Chimenti with 3C Guiding has dreamed to be a full time guide in the backcountry all winter long, and more! His passion for the backcountry, enjoying it with clients, showing them a new world hidden from the rest of the world. 

Hailing from Wyoming, the cowboy state, Cameron really wants to push himself on the mountain and behind the keyboard. It takes time and effort to give back to sponsors and find more clients. Taking it upon himself, Cameron is working hard learning everything possible to reach his goals and live a life so many dream about. He is a great example of what is possible when you set a goal and push yourself to achieve it.
