We are all very passionate about one thing or another. Some may be passionate about chocolate, others may be passionate about puppy calendars. But each one of us has a passion about something, and we all share a passion for the same thing... Action Sports!

We are stoked to have taken the time to sit down with a 4 time ISDE Medalist coming in hot with 3 Gold Medals and 1 super shiny Silver! Josh is an exceptional individual and a even better rider! We had the opportunity to do a ride with Josh, but mostly it was "Try to catch up" the entire day. It is no wonder this guy has traveled over seas, representing U.S.A. at the ISDE events.

When it comes to passion though, you will not find a more passionate individual. From family to dirt bikes and so much more, Josh stays focused on his goals, to be the ultimate version of himself. As one of the most humble individuals we have met, it's no surprise that when you are in Josh's presence, you can't help feeling good about yourself and more love for Action Sports. 

We all could learn a few things from Josh, but for now, we can listen to this episode and take some great notes!

Today's guest was faced with this dilemma, and fortunately for you and I, he pursued his passion and created an amazing suspension company! Nate Zollinger of ZBROZ began his journey working on suspension almost 20 years ago! Finding himself in a dilemma, his family began working on their own suspension for their snowmobiles, only for it to turn into a lifelong passion and career.

When it comes to sponsoring athletes, it is near impossible to become a snowmobile or UTV rider and never hear about ZBROZ suspension. Nate and his team have done a great job getting the word out that they are in the business to make the best products for every rider, and that includes the athletes of these industries. You will find their logo plastered everywhere, ensuring that you, the consumer, are aware of their brand.

We all love watching extreme sports. It is captivating to watch somebody fly through the air performing some amazing tricks that, let's be honest, a majority of the spectators do not know the name of the trick. But we still love to watch those performers do their best and keep pushing themselves.

Today's guest is a top athlete that pushes himself each winter on his snowmobile. Andy Thomas works and trains during the spring, summer, and fall time so when winter comes, he is ready to beat his own personal accomplishments. Snowmobile hill climbs are intense races that an individual starts at the bottom of the hill, most of the time on a ski slope, then races against the clock to make it to the top as quickly as possible. A weekend long competition, and it doesn't get any easier as others try to accomplish the same task.

When it comes to sponsors, Andy has been blessed with amazing opportunities. Working closely with a few of the top of the line companies, it is no surprise Andy is able to continually beat his own scores year after year. Performing well has aided him landing many sponsors. Hailing from Wyoming, the cowboy state, Cameron really wants to push himself on the mountain and behind the keyboard. It takes time and effort to give back to sponsors and find more clients. Taking it upon himself, Cameron is working hard learning everything possible to reach his goals and live a life so many dream about. He is a great example of what is possible when you set a goal and push yourself to achieve it.

Many know his name and have given him the nickname The GOAT! Cody Webb is a true legend when it comes to the world of Extreme Enduro!

Raised in a home where riding was a normal and regular activity, Cody was raised to ride motorcycles first, bicycles second. He still keeps that rule in effect 30 years later! Mom and Dad raised Cody to love the sport. When it was time for Dad to step back and focus on his son, that is when you really see things to change in the Webb family.

Cody is also very traditional when it comes to landing sponsorships. The good reliable results really help land many deals, turning passions into careers. Not many make it to the top like Cody, but you will find out that Cody is just a normal guy with a different type of career. He truly loves what he does. It is easy to see why companies want to work with Cody and he is works well with sponsorships.

This is another 2 part episode. We love finding guests that have so much knowledge and understanding of sponsorships and what it takes to be sponsored, we can't hold back all of the great information shared. 

Rich Larsen has been riding dirt bikes for more than 2 decades. The guy is amazing on a bike. So when I had the chance to talk with him about his passion and talents, it took a good few hours to get as much knowledge as possible. Fortunately for us, the listeners, he kept his evening open to spending that amount of time with us.

From humble beginnings, Rich enjoyed spending time with family, particularly when it came to riding in the Utah Desert and Mountain region. Rich spent enough time on  2 wheels and a passion to grow, that he ended up landing amazing sponsorship deals and even begin a career working for one of his sponsors.
