One would think that after losing high-profile elections twice in a row, Stacey Abrams - a two-time failed candidate - would go quietly into the mist, especially after claiming that the first election was stolen from her.

Alas, that is not the case.

Instead, she is petitioning President Biden to appoint her to a significant federal position and one that would affect not only the people of the State of Georgia, but those across the country.

Why is it that when Progressives lose elections they believe the logical next step is to run for a higher office or demand more potent positions?...
