Why you are being selfish when you are not allowing yourself to receive 

 

We are raised in a culture that is rewarding to be strong, hustlers, independent, and not bother anyone with our needs or emotions. 

 

Where is this really leading us?

 

To people feeling alone, isolated, depressed, suicides…because people feel that they don’t matter, that they are not asked for help. 

 

Let’s break this cycle and create new ways of being. 

 

Ways where we are honoring other people’s gifts, where we ask for help, where we allow ourselves to receive.
