I'm your host, Rachael Harrah. Before I turned 40 I didn't really know how hard life could be. Then, all at once, I found myself navigating multiple life altering losses. The life I'd built completely fell apart. Yet, through heartbreak and grief, I began to piece myself back together - and what I found was something truer and more whole than before.

I promised myself that if I made it through, I'd share my story - and the stories of others - to bring more love and hope into the world for anyone else struggling. I'm still in the midst of my journey, but I'm no longer alone. And neither are you. We're in this together.
