Trying to de-bloat and de-puff? Inflammation is usually at the root of weight loss woes. You've done the detox. You've tried the drops, the shakes, the 21-day reset. It works—for a minute. Here's what I need you to understand: you didn't fail.

The quick fix failed you. Quick fixes only address the periphery. They don't address the underlying inflammation.

They can't.

Inflammation isn't a surface-level problem you can starve away or supplement out of existence in three weeks. When inflammation becomes chronic, our body goes into metabolic lockdown.
