If you have ever made true whole grain bread from wheat berries, you recognize that what you bought at the store that said whole grain looks and feels nothing like your home milled true whole grain. And this right here is why we have an endless stream of individuals who are not satiated, have all manner of digestive issues, autoimmunity and are becoming more resource deplete with each bite of "whole grains."
