Art the Clown is a serial killer clown with a mysterious origin. However, all the signs point to one thing to explain his sexist rampages: Periodontitis. In this film we will watch the never ending pain of chronic gum disease cause a man to brutalize, torture, and kill countless victims due to his lack of access to proper dental facilities. Truly a nightmare to behold.
