If you come to terms with the idea that you created all of the negative sh*t in your life, then you can start to liberate yourself knowing that you can create anything you want! I asked a magical friend and author Tess Whitehurst to join me in a fun conversation about magic, creativity and making 2019 your best year yet. At the end of every year, I personally love to reflect on all of the things that I have accomplished over the last 12 months. So much has happened. I feel compelled to get creative and put together a vision board or vision book, with imagery that stirs emotions and feelings of happiness, inspiration, joy, and hope. It's so important to get into the right vibration as you enter the new year. It's also important to go easy on yourself, as so many feelings can be brought to the surface. You are human and there will be many different types of experiences, however, identifying the emotions that you want to experience in the new year is a very powerful way for your story to play out the way you want it to.
