Sally and Em discuss the themes and how to effectively handle Mercury Retrograde whilst dispelling the 'victim' mentality and depiction the Mercury in Retrograde commonly refers to.

This week Sally and Em discuss the recent New Moon in Capricorn, and how it affected us and the collective. We dive into the awareness that the Moon can often help to bring up our light and our shadow as it progresses through different phases and how we can all support ourselves in aligning with Moon Phases through meditation, journaling, working with Oracle Cards and other methods that will help centre and ground you.
