EP#145 "The Quest For Mind Control MK-ULTRA & Beyond"

WW2 had just ended and behind the celebrations around the world welcoming back the troops there was a new secret war developing.  That secret war had started years before with espionage and infiltrations of foreign governments. With new weapons being developed like the Manhattan project, a sense of paranoia and distrust was sweeping the nations of the world.   Each of the superpowers were racing to find the best tactics to eavesdrop and spy on each other in hopes of gaining an upper hand.
It was amidst this background of rampant paranoia that one of the most bizarre and unethical government programs in the history of the United States was created.  Join us as we examine the evidence surrounding this once above top secret project, in this episode of Wild & Weird Radio.

Can numbers reveal someone’s destiny? Do random strings of numbers hold some significance, Is some force in the universe or deep within ourselves trying to send a message?  Believers in numerology think so and they refer back to the ancient past where Pythagoras is alleged to have come up with the basis of what is todays modern numerology.  Interesting enough there seems to be some proof of an underlaying mathematical foundation to our universe?  Join us as we look at Numerology, synchronicities and angel numbers on this episode of wild and weird radio.

For years witnesses have been reporting large black triangle shaped craft floating over their cities without a sound and then speeding away. Usually these sightings are explained away as natural phenomena or aircraft in formation.  Some believe these are a modern phenomena linked to super-secret military aircraft development such as the often quoted TR3B but there are ancient accounts which seem to show that these large triangular vessels may have been traversing our skys for ages.  We look at several popular cases and discuss what could be behind the Mysteries of the Black Triangles on this episode of WW West Virginia.

We go in search of Giant Turtles and Other Aquatic Cryptids on this episode of Wild & Weird Radio.
