Throughout scripture God uses man to portray the story of creation, obedience, and ultimately love, but they weren't just topics of discussion in scripture, they were all pointing to the Son of God. Travis also asks all of us to look into it for ourselves, to study the evidence found in scripture of who God is and what Jesus says about Him.

    "Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so." Most of us have heard this song, and most of us don't have a hard time believing that Jesus loves us, but is it only because the Bible says so?
    In this talk Travis discussed how the defendable truths of our Christianity don't exist only because a book says so. Jesus' love for you isn't hinged on a book saying so, however the Bible does provides further evidence and truth from eye witness accounts that Jesus has immense love for all of us.

    We have all believed a lie at some point in our lives. Sometimes the lies we can believe keep us from loving, keep us from trusting, and can keep us for telling others the truth. In this talk Travis challenges that we don't have to believe the lie that we are unloved, but instead we can live in the truth that God loves us and paid the ultimate price for us. Once we accept that fact, we can live from a heart of gratitude and begin to evangelize through our actions, our words, and our invitations.
