The heart is more deceitful than anything else, and incurable – who can understand it? Jeremiah 17:9
"The book of Psalms in the Bible is a good place to begin to explore the heart’s myriad emotions and feelings. In it, you will find everything from adoration to agony, regret to redemption, delight and despair. "
This guide is an introduction to the more traditional approach to nutrition, one which is based on our ancestors’ diet and which has evolved to provide us with the most nutritional benefit. It is one of the pillars of wellbeing. This is not a diet philosophy. In fact, this guide is relevant to everyone, should you choose to follow a Paleo, Keto, Pescatarian, Vegan, Vegetarian, Volumetrics, Flexitarian, Raw Food, Probiotic-Rich, GI, Food Combining, Weight Watchers, Slimmer’s World, Intermittent Fasting and Pegan diet (other diets are available!).

Please note that we have no formal qualification in nutrition, only our own personal positive experience in the application of these rules. Should you have a medical condition, please speak to your GP before implementing any dietary change.

Poor sleep quality in the short-term leads to a foggy mind, fatigue, moodiness, undermines motivation. In the long-term poor sleep quality is linked to Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and obesity. To be at your best, quality sleep is a fundamental component of wellbeing.
