Self-doubt is the enemy of productivity and as such it can often derail our writing practice. But mastering the art of overcoming self-doubt is difficult, not least because it seems less like a single battle and more like an ongoing war. Difficult, yes, but not impossible.

Life is not a race. But too often, it feels like it. Too often it feels like we have to be the youngest, most prolific, most talented writers in the world.
