Sarah spills the JUICE in this episode and I was thrilled to pick her brains on the topic of blood testing.
Blood testing is an incredible tool that we as holistic nutritionists and practitioners use to identify body systems and organs that need a support.
The main difference between how we (holistic practitioners), and how the medical model look at bloods is the ranges. The medical system is looking for disease (and that’s what they’re there for so that’s ok!) and we want to catch things early in order to PREVENT disease.
