Meet Islands Chocolate, the brand bringing some much needed transparency and craft to the often murky world of chocolate. It all started back in 2014, over a chance meeting between Wilf's dad and the ex-Prime Minister of St. Vincent, who wanted to reintroduce cacao to the Island. However, it was only in 2018, when the company became the brand it is today. Now they're selling in some of the top retail establishments such as Selfridges, have picked up numerous great taste awards and are starting to be used by some of the top chefs in London. It's onwards and upwards for this seedling company.
