Some of the coaches they represent are guys like Jerome Tang with Kansas State, Grant McCasland with Texas Tech, Dennis Gates with Missouri, Mike Rohodes with Penn State, Josh Pastner, Jerod Hasse, and many others. Additionally, NextLevel has become a leader in creating professional development and networking opportunities for leaders in college athletics.
In 2011, Reece founded the Collegiate Athletics Leadership Symposium (CALS). CALS is a by invitation professional development and networking event for intercollegiate athletics administrators. It has become one of the top professional development conferences in the field. CALS has hosted over 1,000 athletic administrators and industry experts over the past 13 years.
Prior to founding NextLevel, Reece was a highly successful high school and college basketball coach for 14 years.
