Tw. Talks of self harm. Today we have a new segment and a guest, Talkin' with Tamara with my sister Tamara. We get honest about how our history can cause us to be inconsistent and make it difficult for us to sustain relationships. Be nice internet, she is my heart. This song is smooth, pop but, rock. Slow, fast, art, math, organized, beautiful, chaos.

Starts off light and delicate and turns into something else you don't expect. It's beautiful. We all have skeletons and things we are ashamed or scared of. It's the perfect fit to lead into Talkin' with Tamara.

This song brings me fond memories of my childhood with my Mom. I think she chose this because it reminded her of that too especially after our conversation. I think she chose pretty darn good.

Sometimes you learn to like different things, we are supposed to evolve right?

If you don't, no one will want to stick around, then before long neither will you.

I have learned that the hard way.

Just kidding, please get home safe to your family, my mother's death almost killed me and that's part of the reason why I can't stop telling my business to strangers. I said PART. I have always kind of been like this. But trauma makes you cuckoo for coco puffs and I don't even like cereal. I even had to ask Siri how to spell it.

This song has gotten me through many workouts, sad moods, and long days doing doordash and instacart.
