David Moreno joins Michael Rasile to discuss what it's like becoming a Sports Agent. David took the long route to becoming a more well rounded sports agent by practicing law first, to understand the ins and outs of contracts and negotiation.

David spends most of his time practicing the consistent, persistent, pursuit of his potential. He is always accessible and looking for way to fill the white spaces in the calendar. By doing this, he's able to work at a law firm, be an agent, and be partners in a media company.

David speaks about the NFL Draft process for his players and what it's like for a few of them going through this weird time.

Lenny "The Legend" Melnick joins Michael Rasile to talk about what fantasy sports media was like in the beginning. Lenny conducted the first radio roto draft in 1993 kick starting the industry and now has seen the many ebbs and flows over time. Lenny has many different opinions on what is being done and what can be done better, especially when it comes to DFS. 

Now in his 70s, Lenny, and his doctors, believe that by paying attention to statistics, numbers, lineups, standings, and games he has strengthened his memory and his brain significantly over time. By creating one DFS lineup a day and thinking through his processes, he see an opportunity for the DFS market as a whole to open up to older potential players. They have the money and they are the ones in need of mental "games."

Lenny has a daily podcast that he produces around his fantasy sports takes, he has a radio show he conducts with his long time girlfriend Andrea Lamont that airs on SiriusXM, and he has his chat groups that he's able to help people and answer questions directly from.

With their experience in digital marketing, many athletes come to them to ensure their long term brand legacy to allow them to do much more than play a sport.

The Black Hole has been known as one of the most passionate fan organizations in all of sports here in the United States. We get an inside scoop on how it started and why Rob and his friends thought something like this could not only succeed, but create a phenomenon.  The Black Hole started when the Raiders moved from LA to Oakland, so the move to Las Vegas does cut deep, but they will be moving to Vegas with the Raiders and are still positive of the effect they can have.
