I know what you’re thinking.

How? Because I’ve been there.

You felt the weight of it today. I can see it in your eyes and hear it in your voice. Every step you took, every thought you had, it was hard to escape. Breathing became a conscious decision. Each moment of today felt like it moved in slow motion.

BUT.

Let this podcast remind you that hard days don't last.

My day finally offers me rest but I can’t take it up on the offer. It’s like a friend who offers a sincere compliment only for me to quickly dismiss it.

I don't recognize the woman I was a year ago.

It's true. And I'm so proud to say that. But it didn't come without it's fair share of lessons and hard things. But you know what? God walked me through to the other side every time. Every high, every low all building toward this version of me.

Join me as I reflect on the past year of my life and the four main lessons that built out my last 365 days:
