Responding to Coates' criticism of Sanders for opposing slavery reparations, Killer Mike tweeted that Sanders is the candidate whose policies are most sensitive to the needs of the black community.

Flint, Michigan (CNN) The Environmental Protection Agency's regional administrator for Flint, Michigan, has resigned, the agency said in a statement Thursday.

WASHINGTON - At a grocery store on H Street, not far from the Capitol, the shelves were nearly picked clean of water bottles by Thursday afternoon.

(CNN) Daniel Holtzclaw, the ex-Oklahoma City officer convicted of rape and other charges after he preyed on African-American women over six months, was sentenced Thursday to 263 years in prison, as recommended by the jury, according to his attorney.

A Georgia police officer was indicted Thursday on murder charges in the fatal shooting of Anthony Hill, a U.S. Air Force veteran who was naked and apparently unarmed when he was killed.
