    A record series of tornadoes as well as heavy floods have killed dozens of people in the southern United States, with blizzard conditions now setting in across many parts of the country.
    Police shoot, kill pit bull after it attacks woman and her small dog
    A five-year-old child was reportedly bitten by a dog. According to WFPD, the dog was secured inside a 6-foot tall metal fence with a 4-foot secured gate.
    San Ignacio cop has been detained pending investigation into an allegation that he raped a woman while she was detained at the San Ignacio Police Station, at about 5:30 Sunday morning.
