Happy New Year! We can’t believe it’s 2018! Before the calendar rolled over, we sat for a chat about what New Years means to us and how we typically celebrate. Enjoy!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! We sit and actually drink wine (*sirens*), tell you about it (*more sirens*), and break down down of the things we’re most excited about for this year. Chico meows a lot, and we remind ourselves why day drinking is harder now that we’re getting older.

One of the things we have a shared love of is musicals. We LOVE musicals. Perhaps a bit unhealthily. Chris FINALLY watched the stage production of Newsies on Netflix, and (unsurprisingly) has some opinions. We break it down, and dive into some other fun musicals, including Dear Evan Hansen, Mean Girls, Hamilton, Legally Blonde the Musical, and more.

Amy crashed her bike while riding in Ironman Arizona 2014, and very nearly died in the process. They got together to discuss the experience and all the craziness, ups, downs, and recovery of it. This episode picks up after Part 1 left off, talking about all the challenges in recovery and lessons learned from the experience.
