We got to visit one of our local festivals this time!  The Wings over Willapa, hosted by the Friends of Willapa National Wildlife Refuge, celebrates the people, art, and birds of the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge which is an important stopover spot for many migrating shorebirds and waterfowl.
