We open with our Fails of the week including a reporter being unaware of Junior Seau’s death and a pizza shop with an inappropriate advertisement. For our Failed Athlete(s) of the week, we discuss the mostly unsuccessful careers of the Brady 6, the group of Quarterbacks drafted before him in the 2000 NFL Draft. We then get into Tom Brady’s official retirement announcement and review many of his insane records and accomplishments. We also preview the Super Bowl and give our thoughts on some picks and prop bets for the game. Losers this week include the teams being sued by Brian Flores, the new Washington Commanders name and uniforms, and the MLB lockout. Nick Saban’s Dolphins tenure is our Failed Coach of the week, and we discuss how much things could be different if they had signed Drew Brees. Tom Brady may have retired this week… or he didn’t. No one really knows what to believe at this point. We discuss how great last week’s NFL games were and preview this weeks games, before getting an instant reaction postgame. Sean Payton also “retired” this week, although most people expect him to be back. David Ortiz is Hall of Famer, but baseball made a major mistake leaving out Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens. We also discuss the new Head Coaches and GMs around the NFL. Losers include the potential new Washington team logo, and Syracuse Basketball. Malik McDowell is the failed athlete this week after his latest arrest when he was found naked walking around a school. We discuss last week’s Sunday NFL games along with the games from this Saturday. We also make our predictions for the remainder of this weekend’s games. Other news in the sports world include the Bruins retiring Willie O’Ree’s #22 and the Jamaican Bobsled team is in the Olympics. Losers include the Raiders potentially blowing things up, Russell Westbrook’s benching, and a potential scandal with Arsenal.
