Have you been feeling a quiet pull in your spirit lately? Maybe you are wondering if it is time to leave a job, come home for a season, step back into work, or start something new that God keeps placing on your heart. Before you make a big decision based on exhaustion or emotion, this episode will help you slow down, breathe, and listen for God’s direction.
In this conversation, Jennifer walks you through how to tell the difference between a hard season and discern whether God is asking you to stay, rest, or step into something new. This episode will help you find steady ground and spiritual confidence.
Let's Stay Connected:
So many women grew up believing that submission meant being quiet, shrinking back, or losing themselves, but that couldn’t be further from God’s design. In this episode, we’ll talk about the tension between independence and trust, what biblical submission really looks like, and how it can actually strengthen, not silence, a woman’s voice. I’m sharing lessons from ten years of marriage, and trust me, we didn’t make it here without surrender and submission. If you’ve struggled with this topic or wrestled with what it means to honor your husband without losing yourself, this conversation will help you see submission through a new lens.

Your body tells a story, and sometimes that story looks different than what you expected, especially after babies, illness, injury, or as you age. In this episode, we’ll explore what healthy beauty really looks like in a world of fillers, filters, and endless comparison. Listen to discover a kinder, freer definition of beauty—one that honors your season and glorifies God.
Prayer:
Lord, search my heart. Please show me what I'm really seeking. Guard me from anything that would master me. Teach me to honor this body that you've given me and treat it like a temple, but also help me to steward my resources wisely and help me to choose what leads to peace, help me to choose what will lead to being more present, and not worried about my looks, and help me understand what true love is, not one that is wrapped up in looks. Lord, if I should proceed with this procedure or this thing, give me clarity and counsel. But Lord, if I should wait, please release it and give me contentment in my heart. Amen

In today’s episode, we’re tackling something that quietly robs many women of peace, purpose, and progress: distraction. Whether it's mental clutter, digital overload, or simply trying to do too much, distraction can pull us away from what truly matters—and from what God has assigned us to build in this season.
If you’ve ever felt scattered, emotionally tired, or spiritually distant, this episode will speak right to where you are. Jennifer discusses the pervasive issue of distraction, particularly among women, and how it can hinder productivity and spiritual growth. She emphasizes the importance of focus and presents five strategies to reclaim attention, as well as how to be present in the moment to prioritize meaningful connections over busyness.
