As we move through life there are a myrid of constants( change, death, etc) of those, we often overlook Regret, and since we do not consider it to be an inevitability, we are doubly damned by it. As I have stated before, Good and Bad only have context in the present and the past, the future is yet to be determined in this context, so what may seem bad now.. may be good tomorrow... and vice versa. Regret is much like this, the main thing is to learn from it.
