We recorded this episode on Valentine's Day so we quickly chat through our Valentine's plans from taking back Winter in the Boundary Waters to heading to the Twin Cities to watch the Colorado Avalanche play the Minnesota Wild.

Learn some Midwest terms, more about living near the Great Lakes, and that K8 hasn't been to geography class in a while and couldn't even name all 5 Great Lakes (wait is there 5?). Listen to us try to read two tales from the depths of the Great Lakes, first with the littlest lake and the story of "Bessie the Lake Erie Monster" then to the largest lake, "The Lake Superior God of the Waters" AKA the "Great Lakes Merman."

Gosh, we hope all the lakes un-thaw real quick once!
