In this solo episode, I share about the grief experience of tragically losing my father when I was 13 years old (22 years ago) and the painful experience of separating from my husband for a few months and how I have been able to expand and evolve from the grief, instead of staying in resentment and victimhood. I share my many lessons and insights on grief and why I hate AND love grief.
Emily (@leorisingbirthkeeping, an intuitive astrologer) and I explore the profound impact of astrology on personal growth, relationships, and understanding one's authentic self. Astrology serves as a divine blueprint, a love language of God, helping us with healing and acceptance. We also touch on the collective shifts occurring with the North Node changes, the current eclipse season, and the significance of the Aquarian Age to come, in fostering personal responsibility and empowerment.
We mention Emily's mentor @virginiarosenberg

Rachel @racheljane (one of my best friends) and I have a raw conversation about bringing consciousness to every area of her current maiden life: dating, health, food, body image, God/religion, finances, shopping, etc. After being depressed for many years, her life transformed when she tried hypnotherapy for the first time! She discovered a much deeper relationship with God and is now on the path of discovering who her authentic self really is. She is shedding victimhood of her period pain and learned how to alchemize PMS pain by recognizing lineage beliefs about womanhood and now loves to create ritual and ceremony during her bleed. She has learned that dating is a complete mirror of our inner beliefs..... but we need radical self-honesty to see it.
We hope to have more conscious conversations together in the future so let us know what you want to hear in the realm of healing, being conscious, finding the authentic self, and maidenhood: [email protected]
Emily Swann (@theloveofbreastfeeding) shares her experience from being a labor and delivery nurse to becoming an internationally board certified lactation consultant and a mother of two. She discusses her first birth and how she did not feel safe with her midwife, which lead to a homebirth transfer to the hospital and a multitude of lessons! Emily emphasizes the power of suggestion in birth, the influence of who is in the room during birth, and the challenges of breastfeeding her first baby which helped her fully step into her Mother role powerfully to find her voice and intuition. She has learned that deep attunement and connection between mother and baby is everything. She highlights the importance and the need for mothers to trust their instincts, which is why she created a course for mothers to fully step into their role instead of outsourcing to others.
Dynamic Infant Movement course | Learn how to make breastfeeding a breeze with simple bodywork practices that you can do right at home
Raquel DaRowe, a hypnotherapist and mother, shares her journey of waking up from a robotic way of living, while having the "the perfect American life:" the job, the house, the engagement.... only to realize that she was not fulfilled, which began her journey of self-discovery. She finds her passion of being a transformational coach/hypnotherapist, then becomes pregnant and has a wild pregnancy and sovereign homebirth at the age of 41! We have a beautifully deep conversation about victimhood in parenthood, limiting beliefs of the mind, being conscious about phone usage in our intimate relationships, and the power of choice we have in our lives.

Meghan (@meghanganong) is back for Part 2!! We delve into the concept of conscious mothering, the significance of the mother-baby dyad, and how modern parenting often overlooks the needs of children. The conversation highlights the simplicity and fulfillment that can come from a mindful parenting approach and the importance of respecting children. Parents often disrespect children by asking questions to children that they do not want the answer to.... then disregarding and disrespecting a child's answer to the question the parent asked! We discuss the organic process of learning, the significance of presence and observation in parenting, and the emotional conflicts that can affect health. The conversation also delves into the principles of German New Medicine, emphasizing the connection between the mind and body, and how awareness can lead to a more peaceful life.
