December 24, 2024A national ATM network based in Lancaster has been embroiled in controversy since August.Lancaster Country native Daryl Heller and his company that managed a national ATM network was sued in August for over $80 million in missed payments to investors. Since the suit was filed, the plaintiffs have won a $138 million judgement against Heller’s company and he has been ordered to turn all his ATMs over to the investors. It centered on the Ardennes Forest in Belgium and become known as the Battle of the Bulge.
